Handcrafts
Jewelry Sizing & Measurement
We provide you with an approximate measurement of each piece. Because our hand crafts are created from various natural and man made elements, slight variations in color, cut, size etcetera should be expected.
Jewelry Care & Cleaning
None of our items should be subject to abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Due to the natural color and composition of some of the materials, all items should be kept away from prolonged heat and sun exposure. It’s best not to wear your jewelry while bathing, swimming or sleeping. To help keep your jewelry as clean as possible, it should be put on after make-up and hair products. Simple polishing cloths should be all you need to get your jewels sparkling.
Proper storage is just as important as careful cleaning. You should always try to keep your pieces separate while storing them to prevent nicking or scratching. Also, storing your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag out of sunlight will keep tarnish to a minimum.
Variations in Hand Crafts
All of our handcrafts are carefully created with the highest quality workmanship and materials. Because our hand crafts are created from various natural and man made elements, slight variations in color, cut, size etc. should be expected.
Payment
Sales Tax
6% sales tax will be applied to all orders with billing/shipping addresses within the state of Pennsylvania.
Credit Cards & eChecks
We accept secure online payments through PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check/debit cards associated with these major credit cards are accepted. PayPal also enables you to pay for your order with eCheck.
PayPal Verified You don’t need a PayPal account to take advantage their easy and secure payment processing and may review your payment details at anytime by visiting PayPal. We require clearance of all payments before shipping.
Money Orders
You may pay via money order. After you place your order, your item(s) will be placed on hold for ten (10) days. Payment must be received within ten (10) days or the items will be returned to stock. We will contact you for further information if your payment arrives late.

We require clearance of all payments before shipping. Money orders must be in US Dollars and written for the correct amount. Incorrect payment amounts (whether higher or lower than the price supplied) will not be accepted. You will be notified and your payment will be returned.
Shipping
Shipping & Handling
We ship and receive all packages via the US Postal Service.
We offer FREE Shipping & Handling within the United States, there is a nominal charge for shipping to Canada and other foreign countries.
Currently, we only ship to one address per order. If you are ordering multiple items for gift giving, they will all be sent to the address specified at checkout.
International Orders & Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order’s contents.
Order Processing & Transit Time
Orders are generally processed, shipped and received within two (2) weeks.
Estimated delivery times only apply to in-stock items ordered via PayPal and shipped within the continental US. If you order via mail, pay by eCheck, or if you live outside of the continental United States, please allow additional time. Seasonal delays may affect delivery time.
Rush Order & Delivery
If you need your goodies right away, Rush Order and Delivery is available for an extra fee. Items need to be confirmed in-stock for rush order and delivery. Please contact us to request rush order and delivery! Unless we confirm your rush order, it will be processed in the standard fashion.
Delivery and transit times will vary depending upon your location and the date and time of your order. When we receive your rush order request, we will be able to give you an estimated arrival date.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to request a return. All refunds are presented in the form of shop credit. Returns must be received within seven (7) days of receipt to receive credit. Shipping and handling fees cannot be reimbursed. Credit will only be extended for merchandise returned in original condition. Not all items are returnable, see our detailed list below.

Because we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during the return shipping process, we recommend that you insure your return for its full value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Please contact us to request a return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Repairs & Damaged Goods
Great care and craftsmanship goes into every item that leaves the studio. We only ship quality work and carefully package every item to prevent shipping damage.
If for some reason an item arrives damaged we will gladly repair it for you. We must hear from you within three (3) days of receipt to make arrangements for repairs. Sorry, but if an item shows any signs of wear or abuse (not incurred during shipping) you will be responsible for any repair charges.

Custom Designs & Special Orders
We absolutely LOVE to create custom pieces! If you have a wedding or other special event that you would like to celebrate with a truly unique item, please contact us with the details as soon as possible (the more time, the better!) We’ll get right back to you so we can discuss your needs and work out details such as color, materials and cost. Don’t worry, if you have a limited budget we are more than happy to work within your means. We don’t think being unique should be expensive!
