Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Order Status
Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign into CafePress with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.
If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS website.

Phone Orders
If you don’t feel comfortable ordering products online, don’t fret! CafePress, our print house and service provider, accepts orders over the phone.
To order by phone call CafePress toll-free at 1-877-809-1659 between 9:00am – 9:00pm EST. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order. To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number (i.e. 030-373782320) below the item name (i.e. Organic Fitted T-Shirt).

Payment Options

CafePress.com accepts credit cards, PayPal, and CafeCash as payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Paying by Check Card
If you’re paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.
Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don’t actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
CafeCash
If you are selling merchandise on CafePress.com, you can now use the commissions you have earned to purchase products on CafePress.com (including your own products). For every $1 of commissions earned, you now have $1 in CafeCash! You can spend CafeCash to purchase any item offered on CafePress.com.
• Just choose the items you wish to purchase and checkout as usual.
• Use your CafePress.com account information when entering the checkout process.
• When you reach the payment screen, we’ll show you how much commission you have available to spend in the form of CafeCash. You’ll then have the option to apply your CafeCash towards your purchase.
If you don’t have enough CafeCash to completely pay for an order, we’ll simply discount the order using your available CafeCash, and allow you to pay for the remaining amount by using our various payment options.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to a California, Nevada, Kentucky or Washington address.

Coupons and Discounts
Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.
• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says “Coupon/Promotional Code.”
• Click “Apply.”
• If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.

Gift Boxing
CafePress offers gift boxing, but we discourage this practice as it wastes paper and other resources. Please consider alternative gift packaging ideas if you’re ordering for someone else.
Our gift boxes are the perfect presentation for your gift! For your convenience, most items can be gift boxed for a cost of $6.95 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item.
Your gift will be wrapped in our gift box with an attractive, satin ribbon securing it in place. Attached on the gift box is a special gift card with your personalized message. What a better way to finish off the perfect gift!
If you would like to have your item(s) gift boxed, simply click on the option during Checkout and enter your personal message. When you are finished, click “Continue” and the gift box charge will be noted ont he follwing screen.
Please Note:
• Gift boxing may not be available for some items due to their size.
• Gift boxing is available for your entire order only and cannot be specified for individual items. If an item is not available for gift boxing, you will not be charged for that item and it will be sent without a gift box.
• The charge for gift boxing and a personalized card is $6.95 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item and is not refundable.
• If you do not want your item gift boxed, do not select the option.

If sending an order as a gift, our gift message is a quick, easy and free way to personalize your package. Gift messages are available on all items. Select the gift message option during checkout. Prices will also be blanked out on the receipt.

Shipping to the US
CafePress offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers’ websites.

Because of the extra care we take to ensure your items are received undamaged and in perfect condition, posters, yard signs, banners and framed prints are shipped in separate packages. These products incur two 1st item shipping costs.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.
Cafepress.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.
* Economy shipping is unfortunately not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier’s weight restrictions.
** 1-Day Shipping orders received by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 100 items or orders that contain books may require longer processing times and will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order’s contents by product type.
